VTT's research professor Pertti Raatikainen is in the head of the project, and professor Hannu Kari is the administrative manager, working at Helsinki University of Technology. The steering group of the project meets in Espoo. HUT research assistants do the research on software solutions in Lappeenranta at Technology Centre Kareltek, while the hardware is developed by VTT in Espoo. Olli Suihkonen is the project leader in Lappeenranta.
